We have announced a partnership with Reset Kidney Health, a hybrid care platform that offers multidisciplinary care to patients with kidney disease, that will give patients the option to utilize at-home, smartphone-powered kidney testing. Through this partnership, Reset’s team of nephrologists can provide eligible patients with a Minuteful Kidney kit to complete at home. Patients interested in re-engaging with their kidney health can request a kit directly through the Reset Kidney Health platform.
The Minuteful Kidney test will help Reset identify patients with evidence of disease and enable them to actively participate in their kidney care. Eligible patients in Ohio, Alabama, Wisconsin, Florida, and Montana will receive convenient and personalized care from home.
With Reset Kidney Health, we will provide virtual, at-home care options to engage and motivate patients who have, or are at risk for, chronic kidney disease (CKD) even in rural or underserved areas. Working together to take a proactive, preventive approach to kidney care can have a number of benefits for both patients and the healthcare system as a whole.
